Parts of Spain Return To Lockdown

Just 24hrs after the State Of Alarm ended, parts of Spain have been placed back into phase 2 of the de-escalation process due to the detection of large numbers of people who have tested positive for covid-19.

Reported this morning in El Pais, the translated article states “Aragon takes several steps back in the de-escalation and orders the return to phase 2 in three regions of Huesca. Specifically, the 67,700 inhabitants who live in Cinca Medio, Bajo Cinca and La Litera, all regions of Huesca bordering the Catalan province of Lleida, return to phase 2 of the de-escalation after detecting several outbreaks of covid-19 in the towns of Binéfar , Zaidín, Fraga and Monzón”.

I will post more information as it becomes available.
